Now, a matnmony.com for differently-abled

BY REETIKA SUBRAMANSAN
MUMBAI
ON Wednesday, it was deja vu for renowned danseuse-actor Sudha Chandran, who was the Chief Guest at the launch of 'AbilityMatrimony.com'-a website aimed at finding the differently-abled, prospective suitors at the 'ideal marriage-able age'. Sudha, who lost her right leg in a freak accident at a ten-der age of 17 reminisced the 'darkest phase of her life1."Finding an eligible suitor for me became an ordeal for my parents," sighed Sudha, who had all the attributes of an ideal bride including good looks, talent and intelligence; but yet, faced rejection from prospective grooms, the minute they noticed her 'phys-ical disability'. This 'rejection' affected her not just emotion-ally, but also resulted in fire-works within her family. How-ever, Sudha eventually found her match in Ravi Dang, an assistant director, whom she married at the age of 30. Based on Mayuri's life story, AbilityMatrimony.com is an endeavour aiming to be the change in the lives of the many who are stuck in the same situ-ation. "The idea behind this website is well thought of, con-sidering that a 'physical hand-icap' is too superficial an issue to handicap the future of peo-ple with special needs," said Murugavel lanakiraman, CEO and founder of BharatMatri-mony and the sister portal, AbilityMatrimony.com. "We are also inviting people who are 'normal' and are willing to see their partners beyond the physical differences, to post their profiles on the website" he added. "This is in an attempt to tieat the different people as equals and not mere sequels,"he claimed. While reminiscing the 'darkest phase of her life', Sudha claimed that the acci-dent was in a way a blessing for her because she would've been just one amongst the million dancers had it not hap-pened. "But dancing with the Jaipur foot makes me one of a kind," she said. "We come in this life with a purpose. I am glad that I have been given the opportunity to be a ray of inspiration to not only the dis-abled but also the able," said Sudha, the real-life heroine.

The move by BharatMatrimony is the first step by any private players in the country after the UNCRPD convention. Thanks and best wishes."

BharatMatrimony Launches Matrimony Site For Differently-Abled - Good Initiative

While ive never been much of a fan of Bharatmatrimony's caste based website strategy (i.e. tamilmatrimony, telegumatrimony and so on) for reasons purely moral where I personally don't like marriages being decided by caste and find it very divisive in an already diverse country. But nonetheless this works for India as lot of people still want to marry within their caste as the first preference and a special site for them works and hence the strategy works for Bharatmatrimony.

abilitymatrimony
But on their 13th anniversary Bharatmatrimony has launched what may be called a noble initiative in Abilitymatrimony.com. This new matrimony site as the name suggests is targetted at those individuals who are differently abled and are looking for a life partner. This initiative is an exclusive and free matrimony service for people with special needs.

While the initiative is quite noble I do hope its taken ahead as a serious initiative and not just leveraged as a PR activity. The reason Im blogging about this is because I support this cause. I believe in an unfair world we need to be a little fair to those to whom god has been unfair.

Also Its my way of encouraging bharatmatrimony to support this cause wholeheartedly. Good initiative is what I have to say.

BharatMatrimony Launches Site For The Differently Abled; On Segmentation

Consim Info, the promoters of BharatMatrimony.com have launched a matrimonial site targeting differently-abled people. While this is a free service and may be seen as a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, Consim Info is monetising the portal by running ads: I noticed an ad for Botox, apart from internal ads for IndiaProperty.com

BharatMatrimony has over 250 websites targeting different Indian segments - communities and castes. What would perhaps be a category within a single matrimonial website, the company has created a new website for it, targeting people who want to marry within their own caste, religion or community. It makes sense for a new entrant in the space like, for example SecondShaadi.com (see disclosure below) to try and corner a segment and then consider expanding into others, but why is Consim Info segmenting? Perhaps, it is land-grab: taking ownership of segments before others do it.

Readers might recall that BharatMatrimony had taken competitors Shaadi.com, SimplyMarry and JeevanSathi to court, along with Google India, over Google advertising on keywords that it claimed to have trademarked. The company had also won the domain name Tamilmatrimony.co.in in a trademark battle.

BharatMatrimony Launches Matrimony Site
For Differently-Abled - Good Initiative

While ive never been much of a fan of Bharatmatrimony's caste based website strategy (i.e. tamilmatrimony, telegumatrimony and so on) for reasons purely moral where I personally don't like marriages being decided by caste and find it very divisive in an already diverse country. But nonetheless this works for India as lot of people still want to marry within their caste as the first preference and a special site for them works and hence the strategy works for Bharatmatrimony.

Free Matrimony Site for People with Special Needs

Chennai, April 13th, 2010: On the eve of Matrimony Day and BharatMatrimony 13th Anniversary Celebrations, we are happy to announce the launch of AbilityMatrimony.com an exclusive matrimony service for people with special needs.

AbilityMatrimony.com aspires to connect its differently abled members on a common platform. Those willing to marry them are also welcome to become a member and avail the services.

Speaking on the occasion of the launch Murugavel Janakiraman Founder & CEO BharatMatrimony said BharatMatrimony.com is a socially responsible corporate committed to making marriages happen for all sections of society through its services. We believe that by having an exclusive free service for people with special needs, more people will join and avail the services.

CK Ranganathan CMD CavinKare Pvt. Ltd. said I am delighted to see Bharatmatrimony.com has recognized the need for a special site for the differently abled people. I wish more people of normal capability demonstrate inclusiveness by marrying the differently abled persons. I am happy to see Bharatmatrimony is standing tall by going beyond commercial benefit and rise to the need of the social cause.

T.A.P. Varadakutti, State President of Tamilnadu Association for the Welfare of The Physically Handicapped says I am glad BharatMatrimony is launching AbilityMatrimony.com an exclusive website for free matrimonial services to the differently abled. It shows BharatMatrimony recognises the need for equal and full participation of the differently abled in social life. This move will definitely change the attitudinal barriers of the society against the social rights of the differently abled persons. It is in consonance with the Un Convention on the Rights of persons with disabilities (UNCRPD) to which our India was among the first countries who ratified the convention in Oct 2007 to promote respect for their inherent dignity and empower them in mainstreaming and making them as an integral part of the SOCIETY. The move by BharatMatrimony is the first step by any private players in the country after the UNCRPD convention. Thanks and best wishes.

ClickJobs overtakes competition to become No.1 in Job listings.

ClickJobs.com, the disruptive job portal from Consim (BharatMatrimony) has helped it move ahead of competition to have highest job postings. The new disruptive business model has helped the job portal to become the No.1 portal in the job listings category in the country.

Perched at the top position, Clickjobs significantly reduces the recruitment cost by proving cost effective hiring solutions. ClickJobs business model mainly thrives on allowing employers to post jobs for free and also allows employers to access millions of resumes and pay only for the resumes that interest them. This is sharp contrast to the model employed by other job portals where they charge huge subscription fee. This new approach helped ClickJobs surging ahead of the other players in the job portal space, namely Naukri, MonsterIndia and TimesJobs, the portal lists the highest number of unique jobs.ClickJobs also shares the portion of revenue earned to the job seekers which has helped to attract long tail of job seekers who are not present with any other job portal. Revenue sharing with job seekers combined with highest job postings helped ClickJobs traffic to surge over 35% in the last 3 months making it as the fastest growing job portal in India.

Poised on the brink of making further inroads into job market, the CEO and Founder of ClickJobs.com Mr. Murugavel Janakiraman, said, "We're now poised to create more path-breaking possibilities, the ClickJobs' success story is the perfect example of the triumph of sheer perseverance. The sun is back

Joseph M. George, 31, and Sussan Thomas, 29, were going to walk the aisle in April.Although the two Bangalore-based information technology (IT) professionals had been seeing each other for three-and-a-half years, they had to postpone their marriage by about a year. The reason was obvious: Global meltdown that hit the IT industry in 2008-09. "My increment got delayed, I was forced to take compulsory leave and pay cuts as projects didn't kick off," George said."I had purchased a premium flat then and we needed money to pay the loan, buy furniture and other things."Now, the marriage plan has been revived, as some of the biggest IT firms in India announced optimistic results for the January-March 2010 quarter. Projects are getting cleared and compulsory leaves and salary cuts have ended."Some of the big Indian IT firms have entered into mega deals in the last one year," said Kumar Parakala, global head of sourcing with consulting firm KPMG.

"While the number of contracts they have entered into has declined, the value of contracts has increased by 47 per cent in the Americas and by 10 per cent in Europe."For the January-March 2010 quarter, revenues of TCS, Infosys, Wipro and HCL grew at 7.9 per cent, 5.5 per cent, 8 per cent and 7.5 per cent, respectively, over January-March 2009.Parakala said although growth at the moment is uneven, this is driving demand. The top four IT firms of India get 50 to 60 per cent of their revenue from the US."The domestic IT/BPO market should reach $15 billion by the end of this year growing at 12 per cent. Next fiscal, it could grow at 15-17 per cent reaching $17.5 billion," he said.Hiring, splurging spreeAnd with new contracts safely in the bag and revenues rising, companies such as TCS, Infosys and Wipro plan to do fresh hires.

At the peak of the slowdown, there were hiring freeze and deferred salary hikes. "Wipro announced out-of-routine salary hikes in February after 18 months," said Pratik Kumar, executive vice-president, human resources, Wipro.TCS has already made 20,000 campus offers for 2011. Infosys plans to recruit 30,000 this year."We are spending $134 million (on wage hikes), the largest in the history of the Indian IT industry, unless someone makes a superior claim," said Mohandas Pai, director, human resources, education and research, and administration, Infosys.

The attrition rate, too, seems to have increased. In the January-March 2009 quarter, 3,163 employees left Infosys. The figure for January-March 2010 quarter was, however, 70 per cent higher at 5,399.The attrition rate at Wipro in January-March 2010 in their global-IT services division was 17.1 per cent - all of which was voluntary. The trickle-down"Even small and medium IT firms have started hiring," said Devesh Updhyaya, director, iQuest Consultants, a Noida-based job placement firm. "There has been a 50 per cent increase in hiring in IT since this time last year."Staffing firm TeamLease in its employment outlook survey for April-June 2010 said IT would be among the top hirers in this quarter.

The non-resident Indian (NRI) community, too, is taking interest in the Indian IT job market. Online portal astroyogi.com, which answers astrological queries, claims NRIs are looking for IT jobs in India."Since January 2010, queries by NRIs for jobs in India have increased by 27 per cent. And 15 per cent of these have been for IT jobs," said Meena Kapoor, founder and chief executive officer, Netway India, which owns astroyogi.com.Good life industryBefore the slowdown, the IT sector had become symbolic of the aspirations of India's middle class. And for a city like Bangalore, whose growth is driven by the IT industry, the sector's revival has fuelled the growth of other sectors, such as realty, hospitality and even marriage.

"The revival of the IT sector has led to an increase in demand and prices of all kinds of property, including the premium segment, which showed a slump of 8-10 per cent last year," said D. Sriniwasan, chief executive officer, Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (Karnataka), the apex body for private real estate developers in India.Back on railsGeorge, who was struggling to repay his house loan a few months a go, moved into his new home, fitted with a modular kitchen, an LCD TV, new furniture and latest amenities."During the slowdown, some companies I dealt with decided to give up premium accommodations they rented out for their employees and clients," said Virendra Achara, 44, a real-estate agent in Gurgaon, where several IT/BPO firms have their offices.

"In the last two-three months, at least five BPO companies have got in touch, looking for rented premium apartments again." With 80 per cent of tourists to Bangalore being business travellers, the hotel occupancy rates have increased by 10-30 per cent, after dropping by 27 per cent between 2008 and 2009.And it seems that George might not be the only IT professional getting married soon."The demand for IT professionals (in the marriage market) has picked up," said Murugavel Janakiraman, founder and chief executive officer Bharat Matrimony.Post script: George and Thomas got married on May 2 in Kerala. The couple is going to Gangtok for honeymoon.

We have one to two second marriages happening through our site every week", says Vivek Pahwa, CEO, Secondshaadi.Com, which claims to have around 1.5 lakh members and sees a monthly addition between 5,000 to 10,000. "Divorcees believe there is a worthy married life even after one bitter experience. Society also no longer views divorce as taboo", says Murugavel. It is not just young divorcees who want wedding bells to ring again. There are also many who believe in 'better late than never' philosophy. According to Rakshit, their site receives profiles of those 35 plus never married, but who are open to the idea of tying the knot to a divorcee.Widows and widowers looking for companionship also form part of the demand market. A small chunk also comprises the elderly 50 plus category. "We recently had a case of 76-year-old tying knot with a 63-year-old woman", says Rakshit.

Saying `I do' again: Websites giving second marriages a fillip

Life deserves a second chance, more so when it comes to marriage and cashing in on this philosophy are more and more matrimonial websites which offer differentiated services to cater to the remarriage market.

There is a growing number of aspirants keen on walking down the altar for the second time and saying `I do' again, but this time with better judgement, prudence, discretion and a lot of hand-holding from matrimonial portals.

Among its NRI clients where Internet penetration was equal, "we have around 52-53 per cent females registered with us", he says.

Increased financial independence and education level has a lot to do with women looking out for a successful second innings in marriage. Though much of those registered are self users, there has been an increasing number of friends, siblings and even parents chipping in. "We have 25 per cent of registration happening through these", says Rakshit.

The family now understands that divorce is not the end and are supportive, adds Murugavel. The second marriage phenomenon is no longer restricted to being just a big-metro pheonomenon and is slowly expanding to Tier II cities and very slowly to Tier III cities as well.

"We have registration from over 500 cities in India [ Images ] alone. However, top five -- Mumbai [ Images ], Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi [ Images ] and Hyderabad -- account for about 40 per cent," says Murugavel. The traditional parameters of searching for "fair, good looking slim bride" and "rich handsome" bachelors are not strictly applicable in the second marriage market. "There is flexibility", says Murugavel.

"While there is more relaxation in terms of education, income etc.--family background appears more important. There is also the issue of emotional component. They are extra careful to avoid any mistake that they may have done in their first marriage and also discuss the compatibility level more", he adds.

Websites giving second marriages a fillip

Life deserves a second chance, more so when it comes to marriage -- and cashing in on this philosophy are more and more matrimonial websites which offer differentiated services to cater to the remarriage market.

There is a growing number of aspirants keen on walking down the altar for the second time and saying `I do' again, but this time with better judgement, prudence, discretion and a lot of hand-holding from matrimonial portals. "We are seeing a growing demand of people who are looking out for a spouse the second time over. We have one to two second marriages happening through our site every week", says Vivek Pahwa, CEO, Secondshaadi.com, which claims to have around 1..5 lakh members and sees a monthly addition between 5,000 to 10,000

"There is a growing openess about second marriages" says Gourav Rakshit, Business Head, Shaadi.com, which has 10 per cent of its business coming from the second marriage market and sees a monthly addition of 10,000 registrations. With the divorce rate increasing in the country and the fact that much of these divorcees were young (28-32), there had been a favourable tilt to second marriages, says Murugavel Janakiraman Founder & CEO - Consim Info Pvt Ltd (Bharat Matrimony), which has registrations of 45,000 divorcees.

"Divorcees believe there is a worthy married life even after one bitter experience. Society also no longer views divorce as taboo", says Murugavel. It is not just young divorcees who want wedding bells to ring again. There are also many who believe in 'better late than never' philosophy. According to Rakshit, their site receives profiles of those 35 plus never married, but who are open to the idea of tying the knot to a divorcee.

Widows and widowers looking for companionship also form part of the demand market. A small chunk also comprises the elderly 50 plus category. "We recently had a case of 76-year-old tying knot with a 63-year-old woman", says Rakshit. The portals opine the Internet has become a preferred choice in terms of second marriages as they offered more options in terms of matching criteria. Also they ensure privacy and ability to communicate regularly, which helped couples understand their compatibility ratio.

Though the second marriage market appears more skewed to men, there is also a sizeable chunk of women. The ratio is roughly around 60-70 per cent of males vis a vis around 30-40 women. "But this more to do with better internet accessibility than other reasons", says Rakshit, a perception that is also echoed by other players in the second marriage space.

Among its NRI clients where internet penetration was equal, "we have around 52-53 per cent females registered with us", he says. Increased financial independence and education level had a lot to do with women looking out for a successful second innings in marriage.

"While there is more relaxation in terms of education, income etc.--family backround appears more important. There is also the issue of emotional component. They are extra careful to avoid any mistake that they may have done in their first marriage and also discuss the compatabililty level more", he adds.

Those opting for second marriages cut across economic strata and communities and educational background and is getting to be a pan-India pheonomena. Though religion is a criteria for many, caste fell more into the `preferred' category, but not essential. More imporant were matching values and compatibility ratio. Sensing a good business potential in the second marriage market, the portals have begun dedicated services catering to this section. Some like Shaadi.com have come up with specialised services like ensuring a detailed screening of candidates and verification of documents, says Rakshit.

Though most of the portals accept that end verification lay with the registered client, the initial process of matching preferences, educational backgrounds, age, community preferences, income backgrounds are taken care of by the portals and options are offered accordingly. "We provide the platform and suggest matches, criteria and get them in touch which prospective candidates. Then the clients take over", says Vivek.

It could be anywhere from three to six months for an alliance to end up into tying a knot. "We offer various models as per requirement. While the retail model offers personal meetings, the other models offer online meetings and verifications", he said. Though there is no clear data on the success rate of second marriages through websites, the current players are optimistic that the market is set to grow. Vivek says for players to survive, privacy and successfully running `personal meetings' and ensuring value-adds as per demand are important.

Online Matrimony Reaches Rural India - Bharat Matrimony and Srei Sahaj Announce Partnership

Srei Sahaj has tied-up with up Bharat Matrimony to enable matrimonial services on the Sahaj portal for rural audience. Srei Sahaj has ~12,000 Common Service Centers in 6 states through which it is already providing services like bill payment, railway reservations, data collection and survey, agricultural diagnostics etc.

The interested villager has to get himself registered by a Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) on the Sahaj Portal to obtain a unique id and password which he can use to register himself on the Sahaj - Bharat Matrimony home page on the portal. The profile will be created in English. The basic registration is free and 2 upgrade packages priced at Rs.499 and Rs.999 are available. The offering might be seen as a sachet packing from Bharat Matrimony. An un-organised market of match makers already exist in rural India so this offering should make sense. Though the English language might be a barrier but VLE is incentivized enough (Rs. 45 + 10%) to provide assisted service

Srei Sahaj And Bharat Matrimony Bring Online Matrimony To Villages

Srei Sahaj e-Village Limited in collaboration with Bharat Matrimony has launched a new service that will bring the benefits of online matrimonial websites to rural villages.

village marriage

Srei Sahaj e-Village Limited is a subsidiary of Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited which has been created under the Prime Minister Flagship National E Governance Plan. The objective of this organization is to bridge the digital divide between the rural and urban regions. It plans to do so by setting up Common Service Centres(CSCs) through selected states of India (Assam, Bihar, Orissa, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal) and create a network of village level of entrepreneurs (VLEs). The digital services offered by these will be propogated in the villages through these VLEs.

Among the many services that Srei Sahaj has initiated in the rural villages, the newest service on the block is the online matrimonial website. The basic structure of the service currently is that the interested villager has to register himself on the Sahaj portal by approaching a VLE. He will obtain an id and password using which he will have to register himself on the Sahaj - Bharat Matrimony home page on the portal. The online profiles and procedures will be in English.

For verification of profiles, Bharat Matrimony will manually check the details of the profile and verify all the details put up via telecom. Bharat Matrimony has been coming up with many initiatives to enhance its user base and this is move to tap into the rural population of India. The online matrimony segment is a hot sector. To read up a recap of this space go here.

The cost structure has been designed such that the registration for the villager is free. Two packages will be offered to the villager after the registration stage. First package is a Sahaj BM Classic Membership package costing Rs. 499 for 3 months. Under this the villager will get phone numbers of 10 prospects on the BM site. The second package, Sahaj BM Classic Super Membership will cost Rs.999 for 6 months enabling access to 25 phone numbers. The incentive for a VLE to market the service among the villagers will be that he will receive Rs. 45 for every registration a commission of 10% on sale of a special package.

Srei Sahaj currently has 20,000 VLEs and is reaching out to 200 million rural people. It offers 30 services such as NREGA photograph, NREGA data collection, BSNL bill collection etc. It is planning to set up 28000 CSCs in Assam, Bihar, Orissa, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.

Amidst the several necessary services that these centres offer, it remains to be seen how the conservative rural areas of India will respond to putting up marriage-relevant information on the website and actually accept proposals generated online. Since there are no comprehensive statistics or studies conducted regarding the demand of online matrimony help in the match making process of villagers, it is difficult to estimate the rural demand for this service.

Yet the performance based incentives for VLEs surely is a constructive feature which will hopefully make the whole process of getting the rural citizenry into the digital loop efficient and effective. What do you think?

Bharat Matrimony's new TVC for Privilege Matrimony

The lack of time to find a life partner is the problem addressed by Bharat Matrimony's new commercial for their year-old service, Privilege Matrimony. Murugavel Janakiraman, chief executive officer of Bharat Matrimony, said, "For busy professionals and people at a senior level, including the parents, this service provides assisted matchmaking, where a relationship manager understands your requirement, matches profiles for you and helps you connect."

The commercial begins with two executives in a lift. As the lift doors open at a floor, a hand slips in and gives one of the executives an envelope with a woman's picture in it, as the other man looks intrigued. He gets even more curious as the mysterious hand gives his colleague a horoscope in the middle of a meeting, a coffee appointment through a fax machine, and a dinner meeting with the girl's parents over the cubicle wall. At the dinner, the colleague snoops around for the source of the hand at which point, the hand comes out of a bread basket and gives him the card for Privilege Matrimony.

With this ad, the company decided to "look at the masses", versus communicating through English publications, according to Janakiraman. Anantha Narayan, creative director of 1pointsize, the agency behind the commercial, added, "Bharat Matrimony is perceived as a south Indian portal. Hence, the brief was to create something with a pan India feel." The ad will air on English news, lifestyle and sports channels.

SREI Sahaj & Consim Tie-Up For For Rural Matrimony; Expensive; Job Portal Chaakri?

SREI Sahaj, the company setting up 28,000 broadband enabled Common Service Centers in rural India in a public-private partnership, has tied up matrimonial classifieds company Consim Info (BharatMatrimony.com). SREI has the mandate for setting up CSCs in the states of West Bengal, Bihar, Assam, Uttar Pradesh, Orissa and Tamil Nadu. As of 31st May 2010, 79,043 CSC's had been rolled out in India (pdf), but it is unlikely that the government met its deadline of June 3oth for completing rollout, especially since some CSC licenses have been cancelled.A complete list of companies operating CSCs here. Spice Digital has a tie-up with CSC co Zoom Developers for mobile services.

Matrimonial Segmentation?
Now BharatMatrimony has over 250 matrimonial sites, segmented religion and region and community, and we wonder which of these sites will be made available through Chaakri. Segmentation could come in handy, so it's likely to be a new interface, with segments pertaining to the site highlighted. One change that Bharatmatrimony will have to make, given that many of these CSCs will reach out to communities in areas where English isnt the first or second language, is launch a language interface. How many people will want to use an assistant at a village to browse a matrimonial website in English? And is there a need for matrimonial sites in rural India?

Rural Plans: Expensive
Registration is free for the villager, and there is an incentive for the assistant / Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE), who gets Rs. 45 per registration, and a commission of 10% on every special package: Classic Membership at Rs. 499 for 3 months, and Classic Super Membership for 6 months is at Rs. 999. Now we'd sure like to know how BharatMatrimony arrived at that pricing, cause it does appear to be rather expensive. The other problem is that many people will be travelling long distances to visit CSCs, do one shouldn't expect regular usage these portals: perhaps they could have considered modified their offering to cover, say, a month of use spread across 3-6 months, and lowered the price further.

What About The Job Portal, Chaakri?
MediaNama readers might remember that SREI Sahaj had previously launched Chaakri.in, a job portal targeting rural India. Well, the domain registration for that expired on June 19th(Screenshot), and no one has bothered to renew it. So has it been junked? In response, a Sahaj spokesperson said that Chaakri will have a new interface, and there will be an announcement regarding that soon.

Marriage at the marathon?

Onlookers gazed in amazement as a kill marriage ceremony took place at a corner of the marathon venue. Priests chanted prayers and went about the rituals of a proper Tamil wedding. But Shis was no ordinary wedding. "Shaktivel and I are already married," beamed Durga Devi, the bride, when questioned about the affair. "We both work for TamilMatrimony.com and this is just an advertising gimmick we came up with." Passersby, nonetheless, gave the couple encouraging thumbs-up signs and yelled out their congratulations. In fact, drummer Sivamani who took a stroll in that direction too was taken in and decided to film the couple on his-video camera.

Voice Message will soon be the future of communication and we hope members would leverage this innovative feature to their advantage.
