To ensure we have the right organizational framework coupled with appropriate policies, we have in place an anti - fraud framework coupled with whistle blower policy and code of business conduct on ethics. To ensure that adherence to the same we have a department called Corporate Affairs and the head of the function is also the compliance officer for the above mentioned policies and framework. This functions directly reports into our CEO.
